Oh hey 👋 I’m Santi! A passionate Product Manager who’s been in the B2B SaaS space since 2017.
My journey in tech began when I was hired as the very first Customer Support Coordinator for a startup, and evolved drastically as I received multiple promotions throughout my years.
I’ve seen (and done) a LOT - from Customer Success roles, becoming a Quality Assurance Analyst (and leading the team), to pivoting into Product Management - eventually being the sole PM for my company.
I’m all about learning and growth, heavy on grace for mistakes, and thrive on making impact while getting things done.
